Risk and countermeasures analysis of industrial clusters development in regional economic

By combining specialized division of work and convenient trade, industrial clusters develop a new produce and organization method of industrial development and regional economic. The development of industrial clusters has ambilateral effects on regional economic. From one hand, developing industrial clusters helps to approach regional competition advantage; on the other hand, we must recognize that the existing risks during the development of industrial clusters will influence on regional economic. Based on the expatiation of dual-effect of developing industrial clusters in regional economic to obtain competition advantage, the article gives out the strategic steps to prevent the risk during the process of developing industrial clusters in regional economic.
