摘要

College female students of accounting profession can not be optimistic about the employment situation, mainly because of traditional gender, rising number of graduates, demand for qualified personnel conflicts, the employer's own cost-benefit considerations and factors in girls, and so on. This article designs the competency framework structure for college female students of accounting profession from three levels, the basic knowledge and skills level reflecting the general performance level, the deeper level reflecting the outstanding performance, and the level reflecting the feminine characters, using the competency model and iceberg theory.
