Thinking on the Perfection of Low-Carbon Economy Law and Policy

摘要

It has been paid close attention more to develop LowCarbon Economy under the background of climatic issues being a focal point. We try to promote the development of Low-Carbon Economy and build lowcarbon cities through Low-Carbon Economy legislation, energy-saving and emission-reduction policy. China has made great progress on promoting Low-Carbon Economy while there are still many deficiency of lowcarbon economy law in china. It has become a demanding topic to learn from the legislation of lowcarbon economy in Occident, which needs positive strategy and countermeasure, for example, upgrade the effect level of law, draw up basic and specialized law, and gradually construct and perfect legal system of low-carbon economy.
