With its variety, great fun and challenge, the outdoor sports and recreation is very popular with most outdoor enthusiasts. The demands for outdoor sports and recreation provide a broad prospect to the market development, however, its content and pattern have not unified, the organization and management systems relatively fall behind, and there are no related laws and regulations for the outdoor sports recreation activities. At present, the market lacks powerful management criteria and methods, which results in the occurrence of fierce disordered competition, prominent potential safety hazard, frequent occurrence of mountain accident and disordered management, such as the unidentification of responsible subject in the sports and recreation market. This paper discusses the management for sports and recreation consumers, products, institutions and technicians by the methods of literature collection, contrastive analysis and deductive reasoning, which aims at probing into the focuses and rules of the standardized management of outdoor sports recreation market and further promoting the flourish development of outdoor sports and recreation activities safely and orderly.
