This paper analyzes three-stage bargaining game model among photovoltaic power generation enterprises, upstream polysilicon suppliers and downstream distributors, and finds out the optimum integration strategies between photovoltaic cells enterprises and polysilicon suppliers. The first is to delay time with polysilicon suppliers on a bargaining chip, the second is to make the profit discount close to 0.5; While the integration strategies between the photovoltaic cells enterprises and its distributors are that the first is to reduce the bargaining time with sellers, the second is to minimize the cost of the negotiations as much as possible and make the profit discount close to 0, the third is to proceed protracted negotiations.
