A Thorough Analysis on Chinese livelihood

Chinese livelihood has made a great progress since the reform and opening up. But for some reasons, especially for the imperfect and scanty mechanisms and systems, the protruding well-being issues in education, medical health and social security, etc, have already influenced the social harmony and stability. Therefore, the reform must be further deepened and the public decision-making mechanism, public service system, public finance system and the public appeal mechanism must be built and perfected so as to guarantee and improve the livelihood fundamentally.
