According to the characteristics of road traffic accident data, designed a proper linear referencing system and dynamic segmentation data model. Then take Xu Chang as an example, introduce the process of building a road traffic accident database in detail. This database can well satisfy the needs of quring traffic accident information and summing up the laws of accidents and analyzing the reasons. Finally, summarize the superiority of dynamic segmentation model over the traditional data moel.
