Study on Flow Field Characteristics of Lithium Cell Films Drying Cabinet with Whole-Side Exhauster

摘要

The lithium cell films drying cabinet with whole-side exhauster is presented. The cabinet mode for numerical simulation is built with SolidWorks2007 and the steady state velocity fields are obtained with COSMOSFloWorks by the finite volume method. The comparative analysis about the flow field uniformity in drying area and the cabinets' resistance characters between this cabinet and others are developed. The results show that the lithium cell film drying cabinet with whole-side exhauster has the advantages of unobstructed air supply and exhauster, lower whole resistance and higher flow field uniformity. It will contribute to the increasing of drying quality and the decreasing of drying flaws. The efficiency will be increased and the energy cost will be reduced by the generalization of this cabinet style in production enterprises.
