As to the lack of policy guidance and support in rural off-farm workers' spirit civilization construction, specially their physical exercise activities, the current situation of Hebei rural off-farm workers participate in leisure sports exercise is investigated and studied. And the suggestion of promoting rural off-farm workers participate in physical exercise is obtained, that is, improving facilities, creating better physical exercise atmosphere, at the same time, changing rural off-farm workers' wrong idea of “physical work can replace sports activities”, and making them realize the sports exercise is good and participate in physical exercise positively, which facilitates the rural off-farm workers' physical and mental health essentially.
