Research Evaluation of Construction Studies Abroad on Job Performance

摘要

The research on construction of job performance started at the beginning of last century. Then the unidimensional construction model of job performance gradually developed into multidimensional one, which implies, the viewpoint that constituent part of job performance construction is consequences and outputs has been denied by researchers and simultaneously the study has focused on behavior characteristics, such as organizational citizenship behavior, task performance, contextual performance counterproductive behavior. Our research finally comes to the conclusion that the construction of job performance is a multidimensional one both in general industry and specific industry, which also includes the acquired results from some researchers and direction of special dimension as one of the influence factors on job performance for certain subjects.
