Injection molding of cellulosic wood flour with polymer has traditionally been a difficult task for molders to process and produce commercial parts or products. The injection molders need natural fiber technology in a pellet form that can be cost competitive, have adequate performance and functionality. To help solve some of these problems, the injection molder can implement fluid assist technology to process natural fiber composite pellets and make parts. FibreTuff, a new natural fiber polyolefin compounded pellet, will compliment the fluid assist technology and help produce new and improved products for the marketplace.
