Research on Land Development in City Based on Sustainable Development

摘要

The sustainable development of land development needs to consider the economic, society and environment benefits, one of which cannot be ignored, but many cities neglect one or two benefits in land development for short-term profits, making a lot of problems such as exploiting land irrationally, setting aside and waste land, pollution aggravating, low rate of land usage and jam traffic. The paper chooses the economic profits, the society profits and the environment profits etc. total 15 factors as the evaluation indexes based on research and analysis, and builds the evaluation model of sustainable development on the blur hierarchy, in order to find the problems in the land development of cities, then do positive analysis by using the data of the two phases in land development of the some city. With the data, environment pollution and the low rate of land usage restrict the sustainable usage of land greatly and the corresponding steps and countermeasures for improvement are put forward.
