The paper focuses on a kaolin ore which containing harmful composition of Fe_2O_3, TiO_2 and SO_3 and uses united process of gravity-strong magnetic separation and gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic technology to remove the harmful composition. Finally, the united process of gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic separation process is better. Through a series of condition test, the concentrate with Fe_2O_3 grade 0.37%, TiO_2 grade 0.53%, SO_3 grade 0.12% was obtained. This test to increase enterprise efficiency and reduce the environmental pressure is of much benefit.
