The farm produce in Henan Province is featured by abundant output and high level of consumption, hence it is conducive to the development of farm produce cold chain development so as to satisfy the demand of the consumers. The cold chain logistics industry is currently undergoing a rapid growth in Henan Province. However, some problems exist. This paper puts forward some viable suggestion on the development of farm produce cold chain logistics industry in Henan Province.
