摘要

During the process of operating a device, more transient impact load will be received and the high-strength connecting bolt will fail on its bearing base, which will cause the potential safety hazard for normal operation of the device. This paper adopt the load-reducing plan of additional foamed aluminium energy-absorbing layer, and perform simulation study for the load-reducing effect of the device according to relative density and thickness of the foamed aluminium energy-absorbing layer, and then determine optimized parameter range of the layer, eLiminate or minimize the potential safety hazard for the device by failure of high-strength connecting bolt.
