Tourism traffic character analysis in mountain area during vacation -the scenic area Yesanpo in Hebei province as an example

The relationship between tourism traffic and tourism development are closely, especially the road condition of mountainous area is complex and the traffic characteristics is diversity. Study on tourism traffic character in mountain area during vacation not only can forecast the change trend of tourism traffic in advance but also can resolve some traffic safety problems during vacation. The paper takes the scenic area Yesanpo in Hebei province the basic point of investigation. We selected typical sections, Collected related data by using the method of manual counting and the traffic data acquisition instrument Metrocount 5600. Done Tourism traffic character analysis in mountain area during vacation by statistical methods, including the traffic characteristics of major sections and traffic source, velocity distribution etc. This study provides a reference for future mountain tourism traffic organization.
