Challenges of the on-chip system interconnects: an opportunity for integrated nano-optoelectronic systems

Interconnect architectures are becoming a major bottleneck for the design of modern System-on-Chip. This talk discusses the challenges of those architectures, and the role that integrated nano-optoelectronic systems can play to solve them.
