Photonics21: The European Technology Platform for Photonics

摘要

Photonics~(21) aims to unite the photonics community in Europe and enable it to speak with a common voice in establishing public policy and steering private investment. This paper aims to explain why Photonics~(21) is needed and how it works, show some of its achievements and outline current challenges.
