摘要

The first deliverable is the development of a bacterial consortium, for each test site, composed by the best ten strains selected, on the base of PGP and heavy metals resistance features, among the respective native community. The consortia are being used as bioaugmentation agent in phytoremediation assays in association with plants in order to develop a tool-box for new approaches to remediation of soils influenced by mining activities. The combination of microbiological information (metabolic, cultivation and molecular) with geochemical data in a comparative geographic analysis will contribute to better understand the structure and function of the microbial diversity at mining site.
