摘要

The soft skills are becoming the focus In the business recruitment. On the present automatic matching of soft skills,there are rarely achievements. This paper starts its research from the analysis of soft skills' basic characteristics,proposes a fuzzy conceptual graph with weight for knowledge representation,designs generation module for the conceptual graph based on natural language understanding,and calculates the matching degree of candidate resume by using projection matching algorithm. Experiments show that the method can effectively achieve the automatic matching of soft skills.
