The high temperature pneumatic ducts are the significant components of Air Management System (AMS). It acts as transfer pipe for air flow with high temperature and pressure. Its reliability is a key issue for the design of AMS. Due to the high temperature and high pressure of the air, the failure of pneumatic duct could even bring catastrophic hazard to aircraft. Considering operation condition of the duct, CAE models are developed in this paper, which is used to obtain the strain and stress distribution of the ducting system under different constraint. According to stress analysis, the damage or leakage spot would be determined. On this basis, leakage model is developed to analyze the internal pressure loss and external temperature distribution of the pneumatics ducts under accidental fault condition. These works would be helpful for the design and optimization of the high temperature pneumatic duct system.
