Analysis on the Defrayal in Electronic Commerce of China

Statistics show that domestic electronic commerce is increasing by the rate of 100% per year. 3 million enterprises are engaged in electronic commerce with the amount of business of 600 billion Yuan, among which the percentage of domestic and exporting trade is increasing drastically. However, there exist lots of problems in credit and defrayal. The scale of Chinese EC online defrayal is still small. The paper makes analysis on the current status and cause of defrayal in electronic commerce of China. Major reasons are considered to be basic network, framework division, social credit system and professionals of electronic commerce. Besides, the author believes that the quality and quantity of electronic commerce related staffs are far behind that of developed countries. To solve the problem, the author brings out measures such as regulating EC market with law, establishing believable transaction platform with technology, training professionals of EC and setting up credit system.
