based on the location, soil and climate of Qinhuangdao which is better for the viticulture, the situation of viticulture and winery is introduced in. It is discussed the main problems of construction of wine industry clusters of Qinhuangdao, including: the industrial cluster bridging mechanism is not perfect, brand effect is not significant, most of wineries are smaller and in a low-level redundant, industry technology is weak and lacks stamina. Also this paper gives many suggestions about the wine industry cluster's development of Qinhuangdao, as it must create an environment for the industrial cluster development, foster the regional culture which could promote the industrial cluster development, enhance the talent supporting system and optimize and build rational competition of enterprises in cluster.
