Study on the Resource of the Industry Cluster's Competitive Advantage Based on Co-opetition

摘要

The enterprises in industry clusters share the business knowledge and information, improve enterprise's core competitive advantage together, thus formed the unique phenomenon of "co-opetition". The competitive advantage of clusters is exactly based on the unique co-opetition relationship of enterprises. The study analyzes the reason of industry's cluster advantage with the game theory, further investigate the mode of co-opetition.
