Research of the Executive Ability of the Real Estate Industry's Macro-management Policy

This article utilizes the integrated analysis method to study the executive ability of the real estate industry's macro-management policy. The paper analyzes the related impact factors on the real estate's macro-management policy execution, then put forward countermeasures and reaches the following conclusion: As long as the real estate macromanagement policies were able to perforM scientifically, rationally and stably, eliminate and reduce ability attenuation factors of policy implementation, they will be able to strengthen the implementation of the policy ability to achieve an expected results of the policy to maintain the real estate industry stably, orderly, coordinated and healthily development.
