摘要

The fractai model of safety input-output system is set up based on fractional theory of nonlinear science. And taking the system of input and output in safety from 1991 to 2000 in China as an example, an analysis on the fractal model is carded on. The result shows that the system possesses generalized fractal nature. At the same time, the quantificational mathematics equation on this system is put forward. Moreover, the internal relation between the fractal dimension of this system and optimization of safety input is also revealed.
