The growing interest in nanostructured materials has continuously been responsible for initiatives in the search for new synthesis methods of this type of material. However, most of the applied techniques have been mainly used in order to produce a nanostructured material with convenient features to be characterized by different electronic facilities. In that sense it can be easily found a number of works being carried out on the nano-materials characterization [1-3] without a more detailed description of the thermodynamics and kinetics aspects of the synthesis reaction. Under this context the authors have started a nanostructured materials synthesis group which initially was focused on the production of composites but more recently have initiated the development of an alternative chemical-based synthesizing route to obtain nano-structured materials starting from nitrates.
