In this paper, we applied wavelet analysis to Euler deconvolution, getting more accurate position and depth of gravity anomaly source. Traditionally, the derivation of gravity anomalies mainly adopts the Fourier transform and difference quotient method. Wavelet analysis method is demonstrated to have the characteristics of high accuracy and strong anti-interference through the spreadsheet of step model in theory. High-precision derivatives of gravity anomaly, which can be achieved by wavelet analysis, improved the convergence and accuracy of Euler deconvolution. In practice, the method also gets some achievements.
