The functional mechanism is discussed by the DTA, SEM and MIP with the confirmation of lab research and sample survey. The research indicates: the more adding of the polymer, the less of the Ca (OH)2 in the hydrated product. And the pore structure is improved evidently. The polymer film tends to complete and interweave with hydrated product so the netted structure is formed and the concrete flexibility is increase greatly. Lab researched and pavement detected result also prove, when adding the polymer, the road performance of concrete is improved remarkably for the microcosmic structure advanced and the performance of the pavement is good.
