摘要

Based on the comparison between high-tech enterprise R&D talents, non-R&D talents of high-tech enterprises and non-high-tech enterprise talents, this thesis does a research on employment factors preferentially concerned by high-tech enterprise talents, through analyzing 2, 800 copies of questionnaires. The result of this research illustrates that income is still the primary factor for High-tech enterprise R&D talents when their choosing occupations; career development situations are the key factor of professional options; the important factor is whether there is the opportunity for the employees, and difficulty of resignation begins to be paid attention by talents when they search jobs.
