The South Carolina Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Alliance (SCHFCA), the Cadmus team and AdvanceSC, with an award from the Economic Development Administration (EDA), completed the Blueprint for Economic Development of South Carolina's Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Cluster report that expanded off of a 2005 strategy, South Carolina Next Energy Initiative.
