This paper presents an analysis of titanium sponge crusher rotating blade based on finite element analysis software ANSYS. The stress and displacement distribution of titanium sponge crusher rotating blade under load were studied and the maximum stress value and the location of the maximum stress concentration were determined. The rotating blade was analyzed by altering the blade fillet radius. Subsequently, an optimal design was conducted based on the blade that can withstand the value of the load and the optimal structure of titanium sponge crusher rotating blade was obtained.
