Based on the experience accumulated by the authors of the paper within the ANTRES Project -"Entrepreneurship and Equality of Chances. An Inter-regional Model of Entrepreneurial School for Women", which took place between 05.01.2009 - 05.01.2011, the paper, starting with the presentation of the economic-social characteristics of Bihor county as a premise and training frame of the entrepreneur woman, presents the results of a study at the level of Bihor county, whose results shape the entrepreneurial profile of the urban women of Bihor county wishing to start businesses and who have benefited from training in the entrepreneurial field within the activities of the project.
