Romanian Quality Seen by an American Group

摘要

This paper proposes proving that quality and continuous improvement are keys for success no matter the area in which a company exists, no matter it's filed of activity. The research was conducted within an American Investment Group present in Romania for more than a decade; through 4 major six sigma projects the paper emphasized that in an organized framework, with guidance and investments, any company can succeed. The idea behind this story is that quality defines the way in which a company develops.
