Sustainability of buildings

摘要

This paper presents a structure of the buildings sustainability and two evaluation models, which consider the ecological, economic and social aspects of sustainability. The first is a global model, where a building is scored, fulfilling some requirements. The second is a specific model, were a simple quantitative equation is proposed. These evaluation models were applied on three residential dwellings of different structural solutions: concrete framed structure, ceramic masonry structure and wooden structure.
