Based on the production of Yichun Ta-Nb ore on-site, the article combines with the theory and principle of quality indicators for optimization, uses ORIGIN, and MATLAB computer software, and uses the method of mathematical statistics to establish a quality indicator in the optimized models, including the needed weight model, reserve coefficient model, an average grade model and the selection ratio model. The steps of the establishment of the models contain the establishment of grade ore sampling frequency histogram, the establishment of mathematical model of grade distribution density function, and" the establishment of indicators of integration for many different tastes of the average grade and the reserving mathematical model. Taking Yichun Ta-Nb ore as an example, the article describes specific methods to establish each model. Using these established models reduces the calculation of workload of the dynamic optimization of the follow-up indicators greatly, and the calculation data is accurate, providing the foundation for the quality indicators for the overall dynamic optimization.
