摘要

The structures of two-class three-ring gear reducer were introduced. Finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the stress of internal tooth ring plate ,stress cloudy drawings and deformation drawings were gotten. The results show that the deformation of internal tooth ring plate with 30mm thickness is small and it has enough stiffness under danger working circumstances. Maximum stresses are also satisfied with strength conditions and rich. If there is a decrease of 5mm thickness of internal tooth ring plate, there will not be a change of stiffness, strength conditions are still satisfied. These results show that the destruction factors of the internal tooth ring depends on the strength, the improved structural design is more reasonable than the original one. Recounted modeling and solved steps based on ANSYS can be used as a reference to engage in finite element analyse of analogous structures.
