Many series of experiments were carried on for settling the problems that floc went down and effluent quality wasn't stable and could not meet the effluent-quality standard. Through changing the category and proportion of the flocculating agents, the optimum experiment condition was studied and summarized. The optimum condition of flocculating agents and concentration per 500 mL waste water was: PAC:PAF 4:1, 10%, 1.25 mL; PAM 0.1%, 1 mL; sodiumoleate 4:1, 1.25% 0.5 mL; the operation stirring speed was 1,000-1,200 r/min, and the mixing time was 5-8 s.
