摘要

In this paper, to improve the low degree and the poor real-time quality of non-attended substations at present, an abnormal target automatic tracking system based on TMS320C6416 operational processor is presented. And an original direction discrimination and velocity prediction algorithm are designed in order to detect the parameters of moving object and to control camera to track the abnormal moving target. The embedded technology is applied to the hardware design of this system. As a result, it is easy to realize the integration of Camera, PTZ and Controller. Field test and operation show that the system has a good tracking performance and stability.
