摘要

Based on the Orowan unit pressure differential equation, a vertical-horizontal dynamic rolling force model of workpiece was studied. Then, considering the influence of the rolling mill structure, the vertical-horizontal coupling vibration dynamic model of mill rollers was established. The parse approximation solutions of coupling system were carried out by using multiple-scale method, and the equations of amplitude frequency were obtained. Finally, the computer simulation analyzed the characteristics of the system in different parameters, which can supply theoretical bases for suppressing vibration of rolling mill.
