With the rapidly change of business environment, the inter-organization in Supply chain has been transferred from simple relations to complex relations, "Compound or Portfolio Relationships". Purpose of this study is integrated external/internal resource and maintained flexible volatility of inter-organization to increase the competitive advantage for organization. Most literatures of inter-organization in supply chain are focused on each simple relations or portfolio relations about their types and features. This study uses rough set methodology to discriminate nature relations between compound relationships oriented and portfolio relationships oriented. The theoretical framework model concerning the influence factors of the different selection between inter-organization in Supply Chain. We hope this research will construct a selection model of relationship in supply chains by discriminate analysis and Rough set methodology to provide reference for further academic and practical studies.
