This system has the purpose of acquiring, stocking, transmission, processing and use of data on a functional level, procedural and managerial. In a society where information means power, having an informational system, correctly adjusted to necessities, presents an advantage for having a successful business. In such a reactive and interdependent word, a company must be itself an informational system. By analogy with the human circulatory apparatus, the informational system offers the raw material - data needed in the mechanism of financial management of a company.
