Xigeda soil is unique in Panxi Region. As foundation filling material,Xigeda Soil and Rock mixture has not been reported. In this paper,based on experiment on physical and mechanical properties of Xigeda soil and Rock mixture materials,basic characteristics as filling materials are analyzed. By compaction tests,maximum dry density and optimum moisture content are obtained,and the key conclusion about Xigeda soil and Rock mixture as filling materials are put forward
