Research on the Development of China's Small and Medium Banks:Political and Law Perspective of a Study

摘要

Small and medium banks have a comparative advantage in financing small and medium enterprises. The development of small and medium banks in China will help alleviating the problem of financing of SMEs. However, in the background the main governmentcontrolled China's financial resources, in the development process of small and medium banks is facing many political and legal constraints. This article elaborates political and legal system impact on the development finance and banks. On the basis of, the paper reflects the gradual changes of China's banking industry and analyzes the further development of China's small and medium banks facing policy constraints and legal restrictions.
