Ship resistance performance optimization design based on CAD / CFD

摘要

For the current limitations of ship parametric methods, using ship hull morphing method, this paper developed ship morphing parametric module, realized the integration of CAD/CFD software using iSIGHT and established integrated optimization platform. To verify the feasibility of ship morphing method, 1300TEU container ship bulbous bow's optimization was made using genetic algorithm. The results showed that the ship morphing method based on CAD has the following advantages: (1) fully using the function of CAD software's parametric modeling, optimization variables are less; (2) providing a precise hull shape for resistance analysis; (3) acquiring the information of displacement, longitudinal center of buoyancy and so on from CAD model; (4) directly reflecting the optimization results into three-dimensional ship model. These advantages made the method have practical significance.
