This article discusses the design and realization of GSM short messages coordination office system,which is based on Web. This system implements the interaction between Internet short messages in safety production management.User can make interactive work through this system even there is no Internet, as the mobile terminal is connected with network office information system. The structure of coordination office system and the design and realization of the mobile phone short messages module are introduced emphatically.
