The Influence of Tech SMEs Policy on Enterprise Growth

This study investigates the influence Tech SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises)policy on enterprise growth. This paper builds a concept model on basis of prior research. Two constructs are introduced. They are enterprise policies and enterprise growth factors. Specifically, the objective of the study is to examine the influence enterprise policies on enterprise growth. A quantitative questionnaire survey was executed. The sampling frame was outlined based on the recognized Tech SMEs and 573 companies were involved. 235 questionnaires are to be retrieved, recovery is 41%. Results of logistic relevant analyses show that the influence of some dimensions of enterprise policies on some dimensions of enterprise growth is significant.
