In this paper, the concept and function of enterprise resource planning system (ERP) are introduced, and analyzed the urgency of information in China's small and medium-sized kitchen cabinet enterprises. By analyzing the characteristics of small and medium-sized kitchen cabinet enterprises and the misunderstanding of ERP implementation process, the specific strategies for the information construction of small and medium-sized kitchen cabinet enterprises are provided as a reference, which will help Chinese kitchen cabinet enterprises develop at strides.
