Hybrid materials made of porous carbons embedded with metal particles are currently employed in many fields of applications such as energy storage [1], catalysis, …Particularly, bimetallic nanoparticles, composed of two different metal elements, are of greater interest than monometallic due to their synergetic effects. The design of performing materials requires a fine control of the carbon support characteristics as well as of metallic particle ones.
