System Dynamic Analysis of Relationship between Individuals' Opportunity Perception Bias and Risk Perception Bias in Entrepreneurial Team

摘要

Several psychological factors influence the choices of entrepreneurs' strategy in entrepreneurial risk decision-making. The main work of this paper is to explore these psychological factors. Based on the related researches, a causality graph is drawn. Therefore, the formation mechanisms and the interactive laws of individual's opportunity perception bias (OPB) and risk perception bias (RPB) in entrepreneurial team are researched. Finally, a mental system dynamics model of entrepreneurial risk decision-making is constructed and some regulations in entrepreneurial risk decision-making are explored.
